There are two named female characters, Yuri Saito (Yoshimo Kimura) and Naomi Saito (Miho Ninagawa). They don't speak to each other.
There's a scene, though, in which the Naomi's ghost talks to Yuri, but through Eiji Saito's body (Eiji is a man). So is Eiji (Ryo Ishibashi) talking to Yuri but with Naomi's voice. Not really a conversation, and it's implicitly about Eiji.
